Properly trained, laziness...... they could all be retrained by people who are actual trainers having betters leadership
Training new employees , training the trainers, having training, ordering inventory, favoritism, scheduling, just to name a few
The operating partner has too many favorites.... too many favorites..... is inappropriate and is untrustworthy which leads to bad moral
Having better training team who didn’t get their jobs by being a favorite or a know it all... the opening training teams are act fake and are waaaay too young to be training for the fact they lack the experience
