
have a better manager who actually cares about health, fitness, and treating their manager in training with some level of respect. Not belittling them when they are going above and beyond their responsibility and picking up slack for the manager.
The priority should be to fulfill your job and act professional, not to tear someone else down physically and then further degrade them professionally - this is coming from the GM and she is only supporting the behavior. Nobody should deal with this type of behavior
I simply told an employee that talking about going on a four day bender wasn't appropriate at the front desk and then was degraded by my boss the very next day. this employee had been blatantly disrespectful towards myself and would embarrass the company speaking that way
