I starting working after a serious turn over in the restaurant and the leadership is very disorganized and almost none of them are on the same page.
There is no standard for who is hired really. As long as something completely awful doesn’t happen you could work there for as long as you’d like. Almost every server is late and some hosts never show up.
The restaurant lacks incentive to become better. Coming from fast food you can tell the difference in the quality of people you work with and it’s quite sad that you get way better service for a $7 meal rather than a $30 meal.
