Climb Credit: Overall, my experience has been positive. However, leadership recently used its "great workplace" status to offer very low raises. Using employee happiness as a bargaining chip is a ruthless, calculated move that affects our livelihoods and preys on our emotional attachment to the company's mission.
NHST: Health care is decent. Free dental. Free Vision. 401k Matching available for up to 3% (for now). Expense budget is non-existant unless you have Norweigian blood, in which case it becomes unlimited.

Most people weren't friendly. People left on their own quite often, were never replaced or took forever to replace them.
