Velosio: I think onboarding is still lacking. More thought needs to be put into giving the new (or promoted) person the walk through of the tools and processes needed to do their job. The quality of the onboarding process directly correlates with retention.

Overall the company seems to be fine but the local leadership at MHAFB drives alot of people out and has no problem burning people.
PKL Services: I personally love the job and working with the Singaporeans. But, we have little opportunity for career progression and our complaints about leadership go unheard. Mitchell Smith is ruining the workplace atmosphere and relationships with Singapore.
