Malouf Companies: It's by far the best company I've ever worked at. Assuming the pay keeps up with inflation and cost of living and the value I bring to Malouf, I don't see any reasons to work elsewhere. This company still has its soul and I believe it's because Sam Malouf and those in leadership doing their best.

Ive had many unaware schedule changes, laura the general manager wouldnt let me come in today for my shift because i was late and got my days mixed up. I complaon about it cause shes allowed others their shift when theyve came in late.

Malouf Companies: I love a lot of things about Malouf, but feel a little disillusioned after this year. A lot of the sentimental talk about company culture has started to feel a little hokey to me. It's just a job, folks. We're here to put food on the table. Thankfully, Malouf is a workplace filled with good people.

AEVEX Aerospace: Getting better as time goes. Promoting from within has its plus and minuses. Some individuals, although good analyst were not experienced in leadership and caused under the radar issues. The natural selection of ISR has weeded most of them out and the staff is beginning to be true leaders.
Event Network: Stop controlling the conversation. Stop asking more than one question at a time. Asking direct questions would be nice. Working experience doesn't seem to be the main factor in promotion. They seem to be looking for someone or something specific when promoting.

Varsity Tutors: Inform customers that tutoring hours expire in 12 months. I never would have bought tutoring from them, if i knew that!

Varsity Tutors: Lots of brain work for harder classes with not much pay. More for students and grad students, not for professionals. Hard to fill your calendar. Lots of competition to get sessions booked. Stressful because a lot of students wait until the night before an exam and you may not have all the answers.
AEVEX Aerospace: In Niamey, we make $18,000 less than CAT and $24,000 less than Djibouti. We work more hours, have more assets, make more products, and have much worse living conditions. This also leads to the highest turnover. So, why is one group being paid the worst and expected to do the most?
