Conifer: Our IT department isn't good. We outsource to Mexico now. It was India. Our computer program has a lot of glitches and issues. Raises are not the best. Usually 2% or less. Managers are not well trained. Insurance is not the best. I like being at home and I like working 4 10 hr days a week.

Clutch.co: So far Clutch has been pretty good! Definitely could use some improvement like most everything in life; but, overall, the people are greats, the events are fun, the food is good, the benefits are good - just wish they would pay more.

Array: Fast paced, hard, and always changing. Clear wins and fulfillment in day to day tasks can be difficult to see or recognize. Minimal established trust at levels lower than the executive or co-founders and that could hinder our long term ability to retain talented managers and scale.
