Nerdery: Need more resources to effectively perform my job

Jack's Family Restaurants: They are incredibly hateful and do not enjoy their job. I don't blame them.
Omaze: Lots of different people, lots of different and diverse backgrounds and experiences to draw upon. Ultimately, the company is way more complex in everything than it should be. Focus on the now, focus on the value, and get stuff done.
Element: The willingness to help others.
Nerdery: Overall Nerdery is great. Great work life balance and many great connections made with many bright and talented individuals.

InVision: I have really enjoyed how collaborative everyone has been from the beginning. They are open to new ideas, and everyone in the company is encouraged to share their thoughts or start new initiatives.
Nerdery: People as why I've stayed as long as I have and I always answer that it's because of the awesome work/life balance, the people I work with, and that I'm still consistently challenged in the work that I do.
Nerdery: The raises over the last 2 years are not in line with many companies and certainly doesnt make a dent in bidens inflation. In addition, our benefits last year had a ridiculous increase and now changing companies.
Nerdery: The growth opportunities and enthusiasm of my colleagues are really exciting. We aren't afraid to change and that is good. Some key leaders now care more for money than for their people which is wrong and I hope that their fearful public company cutthroat attitude doesn't take over.
InVision: InVision is an amazing place to be. The people are top notch, the work is challenging, and the product is inspiring. I couldn't be happier with where I am!
Nerdery: Terrible pay, well below market average. The company is a shell of its former perks and attractions, and leadership is not committed to replacing the lost culture. The employees used to be top priority, and talent actually *wanted* to work here -- neither are true anymore.
Nerdery: They care about the quality of delivery
Nerdery: The Nerds... hands down the best part of the company is the awesome people that work at Nerdery.
Nerdery: I have to juggle too much. time looks fine on paper. this isn't, and hasn't been a short time thing
Nerdery: Pay is significantly under market for my role.
Nerdery: I have been a company employee for quite a while and would describe my current experience as difficult. I feel that the shifts in leadership, though refreshing/helpful in many areas, has resulted in a division of those hired by that leadership as trusted and any not, as untrusted/unappreciated.
ChaiOne: Thus far, I have had a great experience. I look forward to continuing my career and learning more about ChaiOne and my position.
Classy Llama: It's been an awesome experience to be able to work at Classy Llama. They've been extremely interested in me and my capabilities. I always say that I was very lucky to end up working at Classy Llama. I'm grateful for the opportunities Classy LLama has given me.
Fuel Cycle: They give me the trust that I need to do well in my job. Although we don't see each other in person often, we have a consistent line of communication. My team is also open to discuss anything!
ChaiOne: it has been good for me. Since I'm new there aren't a lot of details, however, it was good to be pushed to get my certification, and to learn new technologies.
Nerdery: Everyone here really cares and are masters at their craft. Most Nerds are willing to take the time to meet with you and help you learn and grow. Additionally, I'm excited to see the company continue their work with community orgs and continue to make the world a better place for all!

ChaiOne: It's a good environment, a lot of learning opportunities, the remote work does make it a lot more attractive overall.

ChaiOne: Variety of persons at all levels: age, education, ethnicity, gender, disability, etc.
ChaiOne: Care about employees and what they offer as a human being. They're also accessible.
Nerdery: This is the best job I've ever had, even though not everything is perfect. I worry about the looming recession impacting the tech industry the flow of new signings impacting my career and the future of the company.
Nerdery: From day one here, I've experienced a culture that tends to look at people as equals. We're all Nerds here. The company has traditionally felt reasonably flat, even though it has its fair share of hierarchy. It's a great feeling to be able to schedule a meeting with the CEO and feel heard.
Nerdery: Have seen Nerdery grow and shrink over my tenure. Assume that while we are not seeing same growth it will pick back up.
Nerdery: Manager and working with a few coworkers.

Nerdery: there are two timesheets to be filled, one with you guys at nerdery and another with the company that hired me, which I think is pointless because it is the same, just that the platform that my company uses is a bit more tedious to use, and makes me feel like I am being micro managed.
Nerdery: Working with others in my field of expertise. Learning more in my field.
Nerdery: it has been a roller coaster of emotion – lots of highs but quite a few lows and no shortage of twists and turn
Nerdery: Nerdery is perfectly sized and positioned to offer me all of the opportunities for growth and advancement that I need at this point in my career. There is collaboration, brilliant minds, and fast paced challenging and rewarding work. I'm on board and aligned with our direction and love being a Nerd!
Nerdery: Leadership has been communicating very regularly and doing a good job of brining everyone along as the company changes.
Nerdery: Company has always been support of me in good and bad times of my life. Company has let me build my version of how to best serve Nerds and the client base and has always encouraged attempts of made. People are friendly, helpful and interested in what the company is trying to achieve

Nerdery: I've been with Nerdery for a long time and have seen them at their highest and lowest. I'm proud that they understand the value I bring, and honored to have worked with them for many years.

Nerdery: My overall experience here is a blessed one but I'm very weary on the lack of importance that our work culture is getting. I know we are focusing on our growth team/delivery, but even they are human and need a boost as well. Lets take our work culture seriously and everything will work itself out!
Nerdery: It's still a great place to work even after all the years I've been here. Some rough times, some good times. I hope that we can continue to do what we do.

Nerdery: I've been working for Nerdery for a short time. Overall, I really like everyone I've met and worked with. The only thing I would point out is the lack of in-person events. The Chicago office is always empty, and it would be nice to have events like a holiday party to meet people.

Element: Great management, all the way to the CEO. Employee wellbeing is a big priority. Culture of trust within and between teams. General shared excitement of what we're building. My peers are all very capable engineers, can learn a lot every day, even after 4 years at the company.

Element: Great and exciting at the start, but the lack of flexibility and the management issues mean that challenging/interesting work and career growth opportunities stop coming up after some time.
