Negative! The experience of an employee is highly dependent on their direct manager. A huge emphasis should be placed on a manager's communication skills, ability to build a rapport with employees, and general supervision skills. My professional growth is hindered due to lack of above in the company

1. Need clearly laid out tasks and deadlines. Managers should communicate clearly the goals for the projects and how the higher management is responding to the team's progress. 2. For non-SJ sites, there should be lunchtime culture or hobby room in office for people to connect in lunch or afterhour

1. The MBO incentives are not consistent and my manager is close-minded to allow me to tailor my goals for my professional growth 2. The perks, such as gym reimbursement, EV charging, LSA, etc. for locations other than HQ at SJ are not commensurate with real costs of those facilities in these cities
