This was a great career choice two years ago when I joined. Now my coworkers are leaving and there is no clear prospect for the future of the project and team. That is very sad to see.
Cohesive; experts in the field; friendly; good collaboration.
Cash payout instead of stock.
Cash, no stock, fairly easy to predict actual payout.
Trust the domain experts they hired. Stop changing course every year.
Deep technical work; long blocks of time devoted to a specific, interesting task. No meetings.
Communication, vision, human decency. The current SAIT leader destroyed our project without a plan to move forward.
We understand each other well, we are all experienced, and we get along with each other very well.
Working for a Korean company has exposed me to new ideas and way to do things. Some good, some bad, but it is good for us to broaden our horizon.
Our project, our team, and it seems much of SAIT is being run into the ground by its new appointed leader. It is a shame that a single individual has been given so much power, overriding the wisdom of all the people who work for him.
