Mentorship and developing talent - this is a huge gap in the leadership culture here
Team environment - the manager needs to create a more positive atmosphere where I feel I am contributing, growing, learning, and have clarity about my purpose at work.
More supportive managers that create an environment where I feel comfortable to try new things. We need more of a 'fail fast' culture and viewing setbacks that come with growth as positive learning opportunities.
