I have been here for 11 years and have had a consistent experience of being surrounded by the right people. We have challenges, but the mindset we carry to work through those challenges as opportunities makes a huge difference. It doesn't feel like work, it feels like family.

Surrounded by like-minded people who care and want to help solve problems, no matter their title. And we have fun doing it!

They are here for the team and the company, not for themselves. They are problem solvers, they CARE about our customers and each other.

We take time to work hard and play hard. We discuss quarterly goals and work hard towards them, reset again going into the next quarter.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We need to do a better job at comp assessments in regards to impact, responsibilities and results. We often times just give a standard raise without a great reason behind it.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are amazing marketers who care so much about our customers and employees. It makes such a huge difference. They come to work to make an impact, not just to get paid.

What did you like most about the interview process?

That candidates move from recruiters to hiring managers to meeting the team. I think its important that we put a lot of emphasis on the candidate choosing us, just as much as we are choosing them.

We are people-powered, meaning we are empowered to use our voices to make our company better and do what is right. We work hard, but we play hard too and that goes a long ways with our employees. We also invest in professional development consistently.
