I work as a Shipt Shopper and I do it as a nedestiny at this point as a side job. I work really hard and I put in a lot of hours but a lot of the time. I don't feel like i'm getting what I put in at all. And when I call Shopper Support I definitely don't feel like i'm respected or even being heard.

Investigating complaints. a lot of what customers complain about are lives. they are just trying to get free things and in the interim they are Ruining our ratings and essentially bringing down the possibility of not getting any type of work
