Prior to Target acquiring Shipt, the culture and atmosphere was positive, fun, and shoppers felt valued. I honestly can't think of one positive at this point.
They could start with actually listening and responding appropriately to shopper concerns. Specifically the new non transparent pay scale which is absolutely a pay cut. Stop lying!
There used to be a strong process for hire which doesn't exist any longer. It seems that if you have a pulse, you're hired. Where are the standards that once existed?
Shoppers have unequivocally been given a strong message they are not valued. To insinuate that shoppers asked for this pay cut is ludicrous. A fair and transparent pay scale is what is necessary.
Honestly- "customers" i.e. members are being clued into what's going on and how shoppers are being treated. You will reap what you have sown. You can not treat people as you have and expect a positive outcome or not to have backlash.
