I am proud to work at Simplus. My biggest concern is that Simplus is a very different company from Infosys. Each company has strengths and I hope we can retain our culture. If we try to "assimilate" into Infosys, I fear we will continue to lose the key people that make this company great.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am at Simplus because I am proud of what we have built. We deal with conflict in 2 places: (1) Infosys CSG team. This is natural and will always exist. (2) The second layer of conflict is with the ECAS team. Leaving this unresolved is our biggest source of frustration & risk for Simplus

I get the most satisfaction from winning as a team from pre-sales all the way through a successful go live.

The reason I stay at Simplus is because of our core Simplus team. I enjoy the culture and consider many of my colleagues personal friends

I think Simplus has done a great job with putting the right peopel in leadership roles. I respect and trust the department heads and leaders at Simplus.
