I have been working as the only Cephalometric Analyst with SBI for 8 years. I have not been compensated in this position fairly without any help. The average salary for this position is at least $35 hourly. I'm not even close to that.

I am the only Cephalometric Analyst for this company. I do not feel valued because there is no continuing education for this position. I would feel better about my compensation if I am allowed to attend conferences with Dolphin software to brush up on skills and new techniques.
