Sunrise is a bank that continually does things to keep employees engaged and motivated. The work load can be a challenge but I think the bank truly cares about it's employees.

Sunrise has given me lots of opportunities to learn and grow. The pace is fast and there often seems to be a disconnect between departments but we always deliver in the end.

I feel that compensation and benefits are very average and in some areas not on par with other banks. I feel that with Sunrise's mission better compensation and benefits would go a long way to make employees feel valued.
