
Its been challenging. I've learned a lot about interacting with folks and listening to others. Its still a very top down traditional organization but it does strive to change.
Willingness to accept many points of view.

We seem to honor individuals and don't force folks to feel or beleive a certain way, I really like that approach.
Probably when we get feedback from a customer, internal or external, confirming we did something well and met expectations. We don't always know so hearing it helps and it works the same for criticism.
Employees take on a lot and generally do it the Sunrise way. Our benefits were arbitrarily changed in 2021 and it really messed with our family. Compensation has been good but further recognition especially in light of how well the bank did during a pandemic was expected. It was a hard time
