We're all very independent workers that respect each other's time. Our morning standups are friendly, usually with a small anecdote or joke from someone to brighten the day.

I think love for humanity and the desire to do good is powerful, and that institutions built over years on that impulse can become force amplifiers for the people that comprise it.

I don't think there's one particular area that's very different than other companies, but the consistent quality of compensation, benefits, and PTO makes it an exceptionally well-rounded package that makes me feel fairly paid and taken-care-of.

I've only been part of Sunrise for a couple weeks, but from what I've seen, our leadership team members are great at showing the 10x values through example. They understand that positions of power and wealth are a great opportunity to do good in the world!

I think many people would empathize with the sentiment that getting out of bed to go to work is often not fun. But after I've gotten through our morning meeting and put some coffee down the gullet, I know I'm working on important products with great people, and I'm happy to be here.
