My team gets along fantastic and are very friendly inside and outside of work, we understand each other very well and it helps get tasks done fast without much discussions outside of the begging.
When we need to take time for ourselves for the most part we are able to flex the time to take care of things we need to. Everyone is normally pretty friendly to each other.
With all of my current responsibilities around my current position I do not feel like my pay matches my skills especially when I do more than others in higher positions on other teams who I know are paid more.
I get to work on pretty new things and able to come up with my own ideas on improvements to our projects. My coworkers are fun to talk to as well. I just get to do what i like most of the time.
There is a large lack in communication and when things are communicated to leadership nothing truly is done or commented on past "we are doing things about it" but then nothing actually ever happens. The loudest people are always listened to and never those that actually matter.
My position has not changed in some time, reviews are not often, and rarely happen within a year and a half between each other. Pay was way under what the amount of work and time we put in. Overtime is a term used often but we never get paid for doing it and never get any kind of thank you for it.
