Leadership works hard to maintain customer/developer communication. They will go to bat for you to the customer and also ensure you have the necessary tools and interaction with the customer so we can deliver the product the customer needs, in a timely fashion.

too many changes over the past year and even more over the past few months due to failures in leadership to meet customer goals make this place a confusing and stressful work environment.
