We have a collaborative and accountable team structure. Everyone participates and everyone does their part no the rolls vary and the skills vary.

Software development is competitive business. Acquiring and retaining good staff is a real challenge. And that challenge is not just solved by high salary But I also buy offering career advancement, skills training and certification opportunities to the team members.
