They have not made me a server because I dont come to work in uniform standard but so many other employees dont and they dont get in trouble but I do. I have to cover my tattoo, hide my septum, and also put in a clear eyebrow piercing. Other employees dont have to and I find it unfair.

Treating people equally. Its not fair to discriminate against only one person. They should not allow other people to show tattoos, piercings, etc. but then get mad at others.

They all act like its their first day on Earth. They are trained by people that dont know how to do their job correctly so then they do terrible by thenselves. They slack off a lot.

Everything. The whole place needs a new general manager. She discriminates against whoever she wants. She gives special treatment to certain employees that she likes. She continues to hire servers even though many of her old enough employees want to move up to serving.

I work way way way way way harder than like everyone in that restaurant and I still get paid the same. They have never talked to me about a raise. I have worked there 2 years. Im a busser, hostess, and togo specialist. I should be paid more because i do way more.
