It's been the best company I've ever worked for.

It's been so great. My work life balance is not ideal, but I tend towards working more than others, it is something that I love. I need to work on that and the agency has supported me and others with improved processes to support work/life balance.

The work life balance will always be a hard balance to strike, especially when you are in any type of management or leadership role. Although I am still working on that, I will say that the work is rewarding and meaningful. I end each day knowing I have done my best. That matters to me. I love TA.

The thoughtful care and generosity from the agency. They do so many kind things that they do not have to do. Even after a few years working at TA, I am still knocked off my feet by their care and generosity.

How much they care about the agency, the employees as teams and individuals, the clients, and the community. The high amount of care they have guides them to get involved and make choices that have positive impact that ripples out and does much good.

TA has a culture of caring: the pop up snack celebrations, the parties, the annual bonuses, the lunches, the snack wall and fridge, the upgraded office that feels clean and light, the D+I committee, the staff meetings...these events/activities communicate that employees are valued and belong.

The pay is remarkable, combined with the ability to work from home to help support a good work-life balance, I'd say this is the best part of my compensation package. I also really value the quality of our health coverage, the FSA and HSA as well.

I work with a team of skilled people that have diverse backgrounds and experience that lifts us all up. They are hard working, positive, can-doers who are able to manage relationships with other teams and clients very well. My team is the best team in my eyes!

The great lengths that the agency goes to in order to ensure that we have needed coverage at the best prices possible. I wish that every employee understood the cost of these benefits that the agency provides so they could better understand the weight of the benefits they receive.

Every bit of it! I am paid well to do work for top clients at a leading agency with advertising experts who are supported by outstanding technology and hardware. There are activities and service opportunities that show how we are engaged with the world around us. We are beyond well compensated IMO

I work with experts. There is nothing like being 100% confident in your team as a whole as at the individual level. When an RFP or question about campaigns and best practices comes over, I know my team has the skills and experience to provide insightful, correct, strategic responses. Simply the best
