
Mostly friendly people who are all trying to do a good job and to be friendly with those around them.
People are genuinely nice. And the leadership/hr team seems to always be looking for an excuse for office treats, giveaways, or gifts throughout the year which helps to keep things positive.
Above and beyond the standard (and expected) medical, dental, hearing, life insurance, 401k match, etc.) I would say the reimbursement for phone and health and wellness expenses. Also paid lunches! Those three are definitely up there.
The ability to think through problems to form new solutions / the best recommendations for our clients. Getting to learn and be around smart people. Taking something that already exists and making it better. Helping other people.
