I feel valued because I'm paid at market rate, have unlimited PTO, a flex work schedule and wellness days.

I appreciate their transparency. We have a lot of discussions on what's working and what's not. They set lofty goals with realistic expectations of what we need to hit immediately.

I really love how accessible and open they are to keeping connected to everyone. I can easily set time with anyone on our exec team and that is special here. I haven't experienced this at other companies.
