Communication and collaboration across all levels is surprisingly good.
Always learning, they spend a lot of time helping others succeed.

Some are like family but not all
Our coworkers are the only reason I stay. But as the SM and DM drive them away, there isn't much to keep me (and others here). and as they drive away the ASM, most of us will leave because he is the only one that supports us in this store and cares about the "tractor way".
Our ASM is a breath if fresh air. Our receiver works hard to keep track of everything. Our store manager is part of the team, but he takes too many days off.
We are like a family
They all pretty much have great personalities. A good majority of us work well as a team.

Management seems powerless to remove troublesome employees without HR consent. It's only a matter of time before a union moves in
I think many of the employees have potential but them you have the ones who cant work their way up to the top so they sabotage someone elses job

The atomsphere reminds me of junior high kids. All my years as a educator, this is why i chose high school over elementary and junior high.
Most are fine, who they allow in management is the problem.
Better communication less fraternizing. Better skills
We have never been trained and some of us never completed or started our coursework. New hires are training new hires as best they can.
