everyone is willing to help. there is very little politics. people are energized and creative

The variable compensation as a sales person is very attractive. Benefits are better and cost me less than prior companies

I get to be creative and try new strategies. We solve big challenges for our customers, which is incredibly rewarding

they are smart, yet humble. you can always share your perspective and decisions are driven based on feedback from all involved
