My team is some of the best people in the industry at what they do. You can't ask for better than that.

Humility and willingness to listen to anyone in the company with good ideas. Our leadership is accessible and actually takes feedback really well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our CEO, Daniel, has made it clear that he wants all employees invested in the company, and we have measures to ensure that happens with our stock program. It's definitely the best part of the compensation package!
