So much wrong and it would take very little to make improvments. Start by listening not just talking over every one. That is a start.
I have good coworkers and we work well together as a team. We have good communications with each other as to what is going on and what needs to be done. It's our leadership that is lacking these skills.
Start by supporting your employees instead of tearing them down. We do good work, don't just point out mistakes or problems. Leadership needs to improve their communications skills and learn how to treat their employees as real people, not just a number.
