Came in (unknowingly) to high team attrition, then RIF, RIF 2, and a constant dialog about company turnaround. Tough to get excited about. This set of leaders seem engaged, targeted and experience. Wish is growing up - implementing systems other businesses use. Happy to be part of the next phase.
