- Company performance. Customer acquisition. Needs more daring ad campaigns, lower-cost media outreach, ad partners with better ROAS execution. If we keep focusing on PDP designs and Feeds that leadership thinks we need that we dont, we will continue to fail. - Egregious lack of preparation.

- Its the comp structure, not the comp. If we don't have the equity to continue with refreshers, then employees should be compensated with cash - No single IC is the cause for the stock price decline, yet they are hit with a brunt of the effect
