Transparency, weekly team meetings, over communicating Team Building despite covid times. Overall everyone being supportive of each other to get through these difficult times.
Nothing positive about the culture but the team is phenomenal. While our company tries hard to put together activities, too much work doesn't allow the teams to attend. Meeting overlaps. The company is not doing enough to keep cross functional teams engaged with each other.
Leadership does not value employees. Upper management is extremely disorganized. No transparency. CEO is the worst. Too busy partying in LA to care about his employees. No communication amongst leadership staff or cascaded down. Company initiatives are not valued across teams.
It is a known fact that employees that have been at Wish the longest are paid 20-30% less than incoming employees at a lower level. Compensation is not fairly evaluated. RSU's are a joke. Attrition is high. HR has no say as it all comes from the CEO to approve. WFH stipend is deplorable.
