This company has gone through many changes and leadership teams through my years working here. I find that Zenith is trying to meet the growing demands of clients, but is still lacking in strong leadership in certain areas.
I have been with this company for over 20 years and have worked with several leadership teams. I feel that many of the current company goals are current and achievable, I still see that we struggle to maintain and retain client relationships.
My team is dedicated, conscientious, personable and knowledgeable.
Being productive and satisfying client expectations.
Accomplishing the tasks I have set for the day.
Interacting with my team and meeting my daily work goals for the clients.
I feel there are too many executive level leaders, which takes away from compensating the lower level employees properly.
My immediate leadership team is excellent. We work well together and strive towards the same goals when representing our clients.
I believe they have a strong grasp on the Health & Welfare clients but lack experience and understanding of Pension Fund administration.
The team of people I wonder with on for our clients are dedicated to meeting their expectations and truly care about the participants and retirees.
My team's years of service for the client and the company combined is over 150 years. They are well versed in the industry and their responsibilities.
My longevity with the Company, dedication to my clients and understanding of my client's needs are undervalued and I feel my compensation is not equal to industry standards.
My team is a strong team with over 100 years of collective experience. They work well independently as together. The achieve results and meet the demands put on them.
I feel that for my years with the company and against the industry standard, I am underpaid. If our health benefits and company perks were better, I would be less unhappy with my salary.
