
love my immediate manager -no one better throughout my work life. Union protects people that underperform and no compensation for merit for exceeding goals

getting my work caught up
that my lead and manager are mostly available to me
they are personable and seem to care about me as a person
I always get my questions answered by my manager whether work or personal question. very easy to talk to
getting things right and when my client is happy and says so- and is most times backed up by my manager
the lead is very good and will show you where to obtain the answer after advising what to do so they not only answer your question but show you how to find the info for yourself in the future
I have tasks getting behind no allowance for overtime but we are expected to meet the goals. also others are at same level in title/compensation but do not handle items like others at the same level. no merit compensation union protects people that do not meet levels expected of their title
people that are awarded positions that do not have the ability to perform the tasks assigned is not good and creates more work for the rest of the team. Seems that the union benefit of job security only works for underperforming people that can keep their jobs even if performing at a lesser degree
