I like the company but middle management is shady. Some good and some not so good. I have to laugh at 1 of the last questions about getting feedback about how I can improve. I'm not the issue. It's others and the deaf ears that talking to my manager does. People talking for 1-2 hours a day.

They need to know our Policy & Procedures and stop asking employee's what they are or what they do. They are clueless as to the workflow. They don't know anything.

Pay me for constantly informing my manager and upper management what our department does. I'm tired of seeing people standing around and talking and not working while I'm trying to keep my head above water. I've talked to my manager and other managers on multiple occasions and people keep talking.

Tell people to work. The toxic gossiping and managers who triangulate EE's against each other or EE's against management. Managers who want you to do something and say that "Upper Mgt." wants it done, and not them. Managers who talk about your coworkers and then turn around and are besties w/them

They should stop gossiping and talking. They should do their own work and stop saying that they don't know how to do something or they don't know what to do. Especially people who have been with the company over 20 years, they do not want to answer Mgr questions or add input, they put on others.
