
There is no culture. It needs a culture.
Leadership is non-existent, directives and systems are constantly changing and convoluted, there is no feeling of team or belonging, pay and benefits are terrible. Non-existent feedback or communication about goals or growth.
Communication, tying goals to the work I've actually been doing, an annual review, and explanation why I received no raise, and an insulting bonus amount. Any kind of leadership presence, I've had next to none.
I took a pay cut coming to Zenith, under the impression that there was growth potential. I am underpaid for the position and work expectation. There has been no growth potential, no feedback, no leadership, and a reduction in my health benefits this past year. Pay and benefits are not good.
I haven't been part of a team. I have a manager who hasn't been present, and managers of other teams who I need to work with. Only one of them has proven to be helfpul to me in the past 4 years. I've essentially been in a silo for my four years at Zenith.
