We have a great team. However, with plans expanding, this means more work, and with management's push for more reporting, etc., work suffers. I believe clearing the path for our team is a better approach for better work.
My ratings need to be explained. I gave a 5 for the CEO only because I am neutral to those duties and on what I get from them. We have a fantastic team in the Alameda office and a good team means good work.
Hmm. Culture. I wouldn't call our team a culture as our correspondence is primarily business related. Very little chit chat goes on except for a casual comment on a non-business topic during meetings. The environment is work, work, work and hard to say otherwise.
As a Supervisor, my pay is adequate but medical coverage was better as a Union Represented Employee. And I believe this is well-known and some EEs do not want to get promoted due to that issue. I would to see more here, and also, some sort of a bonus or perk for great ideas and problem solving.
Does anyone answer Yes to the question of are you excited to go to work each day? If I may add an observation from my 3 decades of pension administration - To add value for a client you need accurate, timely and professional work. Our repts to clients need much work and I have start'd a task it.
