
Leadership remains positive and allows minimum communication. Leadership keeps their head held high and does resolve most issues. Leadership gives flexibility and credit when due.
It would be nice to have procedures and random check ins. The company communication could improve. The consequences of people's actions should be taken into consideration.
The most positive are the people that work here. They do some moral boost throughout the year but those are short lived and very "department" driven rather then a whole company. We do go to Brewery as a company but some of us do not drink....
Well for starter, education and clarification on job description is a big one. A lot of people, including myself, who do not know the job to the fullest extent. We only know what we are taught and are learning as problem come about. There should be more of a flow and procedures to follow.
The way raises are given, or lack there of, is odd. My first few years here the managers got to pick a handful of people to get increases, now I hear that the managers get a set amount to divide among their team. Nothing is guaranteed. The company does not put into the 401(k) benefits like they shou
