
We learn together and respect each other. We treat each other like people and not a number. We encourage each other where the company lacks encouragement for our successes. They fill the gap that shouldn't exist.
Providing rewards that encourage people to stay here. Employees struggle to get recognized and promoted while executive team grows and gets recognized and promoted all the time. Appearance is the executive makes changes without seeking out suggestions from those of us that do the work.
I'm proud of the work that we do for our customers and the difference we can make in their lives. I loved the old Zenith culture but it is slipping away. I hold out that I can be proud to work at Zenith someday as I know we are a promising company.
Culture shift needed that needs to start with executive leadership. There used to be town hall meetings and we had visibility into the direction of the company. We desperately need visibility again. Company appears shaky and I feel we are left in the dark about the true health of the company.
The company gives us a yearly raise potentially but we never get any bonuses at any holidays. Our insurance benefits are terrible. In my area I could make $20 K more doing the same type of work. I have tried to promote for years but due to constant executive personnel changes I get skipped over.
