
Better management, better pay, better benefits, better organization.
Reasonable expectations, better onboarding process
They work hard, easy to communicate with, and ask good questions.
Managers expectations are unrealistic. It's very disorganized. There are a lot of conflicting deadlines.
Compensation doesn't align with responsibilities and workload. Greater transparency around how compensation is determined, along with clearer alignment between role expectation and pay would improve how I feel about it.
