
I am completely a WFH employee.
They respond quickly to issues.
We are all stretched thin but there is teamwork.
An opportunity to work OT when we are SLAMMED with projects and still expected to keep current with daily work.
When the phones are not ringing and I a able to get my work done. The phones are incessant and we have CSR duties in addition to our daily work. My team is treated like a call center and we are not a call center.
