Our team can be very jovial and we have a lot of fun talking casually before meetings.

They are very eager to answer my questions and do so very politely and respectfully. There are no stupid questions!

My two managers pay keen attention to the work I am doing and always consider my feedback in what I want to be working on and actively try to create new opportunities for me in those areas.
