It was good in the beginning, then over time you see the level of support from supervisors reduce, leadership is too "high up" to even say hello or good morning to staff. I do alot of jobs for higher positions and no recognition.

Nothing, they are "above" us

My co-workers make it worth while, if it was not for them....
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team! Everyone helps eachother out, we are drama free and like to welcome our families in a fun way!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not respected, seen or heard. I am doing multiple jobs, but bearly making 1,000 dollars. I take work home all the times, I have a partner but I do everything. There is no advancement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no communication between leadership it self and then the people working in the centers. At the end of the day we hear everything, but the delevery and the messes are being fixed by alot of people in small jobs.
