I like that I feel supported by the leadership team. I especially like the opportunities to collaborate and share my thoughts and ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my pay is significantly lower than others that have less duteis. I would feel better if I was compesated like my office partner (AD) and if there was compensation for Educational accomplishments; such as obtain degrees. etc. I
