Overall, its ok it's not what I thought it would be when I first applied. I feel like the staff is overworked and underpaid and their isn't much classroom support with the children that have IEP concerns. The expectations don't match the value of the company and what I was told it stood for.

They are helpful, we work as a team and its a positive environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with the staff , and give more wellness days to the staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Center Director is very positive and upbeat and works well with all the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we continued to get the fearless pay, as regular pay we do so much in the classroom and its overlooked.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The hours aren't flexible, I don't have time to eat before I come to work. Plus we can't even eat in the classroom even when kids aren't in the classroom. It's just hectic in the mornings.
