There has been many challenges that hinder the development of my company. We are under enrolled! Important meetings are not taken seriously. Documentation that's needed is slow to obtain and sometime great confusion is present but, the individuals with the confusion does not speak up for support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is that it's available.
What makes you most happy at work?
When all task are completed for an assignment makes me the most happy at work.

I like that they are solution driven and that they also have a passion to serve the neediest children and families.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is the different mind sets that are put together and with those mindsets we discover ways to improve and we move towards that planning process to improve immediately.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive about the culture and environment at my company is that we all have a common goal that we are working towards and there are individuals who has a sense of humor.
