Change is great and I'm all for change. I have a hard time working in unorganized chaos and it feels that way a lot. Organized chaos, I can do. Sometimes it feels like the people who need to be at the table or not and decisions are made anyway. You just roll with it.

The impact I can make with the program we serve. The opportunity to collaborate, learn and grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The dedication to the work that we do. The respect that we show one another. There is still some growth that needs to occur, but I can say I have a great team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Shine Leadership is great. They share information openly, work very hard to live the values identified by the company, and are dedicated to making the organization a great place to work for all individuals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
