What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a mission-driven company -everyone connects to the mission and we all have a strong sense of purpose. We have really prioritized our employees over the last five years and want to continue to foster a strong sense of belonging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As I have been promoted I have received pay increases. We are a mission-driven organization and I knew going in that I would not earn as much here as a typical for-profit company. I'm fine with not earning as much because I know our collective work is greatly helping low-income children.
