What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Co-workers try to encourage each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was 20 years ago.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Giving stores more labor hours so they can make the stores better for customers to shop at. So they are better stocked and cleaner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay. When I started 20 years ago Aldi paid 50% more than minimum wage. Now it’s only a couple dollars higher than minimum wag
